Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Representative to perform all-purpose duties, including greeting and delivering extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers, monitoring work volume at the center and recommending load level requests when necessary.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service at the front desk.
• Monitor center work volume and advise load level adjustments.
• Coordinate Rental Car and Tow companies for one-stop service.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.
