• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.

• Greet customers and deliver extraordinary service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor center work volume and assist with load level requests.
• Coordinate rental car/tow companies to provide one-stop service for all customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
