Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and deliver extraordinary service while coordinating center workload and load level requests. You will work with rental car partners to provide a seamless, one-stop experience for clients, and stay informed on insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load level processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exemplary service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor center work volume and suggest load level adjustments when needed.
• Coordinate rental car/tow companies to offer one-stop service to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
