Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and provide extraordinary service while coordinating rental car/tow providers. The role includes monitoring center workload and assisting with load level requests, with a broad knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow providers to offer one-stop service.
• Monitor work volume and request load level adjustments when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing and load level processes.
