Job summary

Caliber Collision Riverview is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and provide extraordinary service while coordinating the flow of work at the center. You will monitor incoming volume, assist with load level requests, and help coordinate Rental Car/Tow services to ensure a one-stop experience.

A broad knowledge of insurance partner requirements on authorizations, billing, and load levels is helpful.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems and prioritize work.
