Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more in customer service or comparable experience with issues resolution.
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices; highly organized with strong time management; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Improve the quality and consistency of customer communications and meet customer expectations; drive CSI scores.
• Perform customer interface, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction activities.
• Coordinate PM scheduling and follow-up, breakdowns and vehicle status updates.
• Review maintenance reports to identify and schedule preventative maintenance and repair campaigns.
• Coordinate with rental counter for repair requirements, substitutes, wash requirements, and outside repairs as needed.
• Create repair orders for technicians and handle related clerical tasks.
