Ryder is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in South Plainfield, NJ. You will support shop management through customer communications, scheduling, parts stocking, and maintenance file management. The role offers potential career growth toward an Operations Supervisor path.

Hours are 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday, with weekly pay. The position includes a full benefits package and 401(k) matching. Compensation starts at $25.00 per hour and is paid weekly.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience with issue resolution.
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsabilités

• Customer service: Improve communications and meet customer expectations; handle follow-ups and status updates.
• Work flow management: schedule repairs, review maintenance reports, coordinate with rental and vendors.
• Parts management: inventory, ordering, stocking, and coordinating pickups/deliveries.
• Administrative: handle shop calls, clerical duties, accounts payable, and create repair orders.
