Responsibilities

• Improve the quality and consistency of customer communications and meet customer's expectations.
• Coordinate with PM scheduling and follow-up, vehicle status updates, and CSI improvement.
• Create repair orders for technicians and assist with maintenance planning.
• Assist with parts inventory management and order processing.
