Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support, improve communications, and meet customer expectations.
• Handle customer interface, issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Coordinate PM scheduling, follow-up and vehicle status updates.
• Answer shop calls and perform administrative shop duties such as accounts payable and repair orders.
