Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year or more in customer service or related experience with issues resolution.
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer communications and satisfaction and meet expectations.
• Create and update repair orders and manage work planning.
• Coordinate with rental counter and vendors for repairs and parts.
• Process accounts payable and perform shop clerical duties.
