Job summary

Ryder in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support shop management through timely customer communications, scheduling, inventory ordering and stocking, repair follow-up and maintenance file management. The role operates Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm on-site, offering benefits such as health/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications

HS Diploma/GED required.
1 year or more in customer service or comparable experience with issues resolution required.
Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing software.

Responsibilities

Customer Service: Improve customer communications and satisfaction; manage PM scheduling and vehicle status updates; ensure CSI scores meet expectations.
Work Flow Management: Schedule repairs, update work plans, coordinate with rental counter and vendors to identify requirements.
Parts Management: Inventory planning, ordering, receiving, stocking, and coordinating parts pickup/delivery; manage warranty/obsolescence.
Administrative: Handle shop calls, perform clerical duties, and process accounts payable.
