Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service with issues resolution preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer communications and meet expectations.
• Handle customer interface, issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Manage PM scheduling, follow-up, and vehicle status updates.
• Coordinate repair orders and update work planning sheet.
• Support inventory and parts management activities.
