Responsibilities

• Navigate systems to track routes and optimize schedules for technicians.
• Identify customer needs with active listening and probing questions.
• Maintain accurate customer data including calls, payments, and outcomes.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours and support QA processes.
