Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our collision and glass repair facility. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing essential administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, handling insurance documentation, and maintaining clear communication through CCC One.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a similar admin role preferred.
• 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripting.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and prepare repair documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Update CCC One with rental car usage and ARMS entries.
