Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced auto repair environment. You will manage relationships with customers and insurers while providing essential administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, obtaining authorizations, and updating CCC One and ARMS with rental and vehicle information. A high school diploma and relevant admin experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Update rental car information in CCC One and ARMS daily.
