Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules; training will be provided.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and suggest alternative routes as needed.
• Identify customer concerns through active listening and targeted questions.
