Orkin is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in the United States to field calls, schedule service visits, and optimize routes for technicians. You will support customer satisfaction through empathetic, accurate service delivery and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Proficiently navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules with training provided.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and route distance.
• Use listening skills and questions to identify customer concerns and needs.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information including call details and payments.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and protect customer privacy.
