Orkin is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support a fast-paced team with a service mindset. You will handle calls, schedule visits, and coordinate routes to maximize efficiency while protecting customer privacy and data.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, basic computer skills, and a desire to grow with the organization through comprehensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules; training provided.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and plan alternative routes as needed.
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs using active listening and probing questions.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information and call details.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives.
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
