Qualifications

• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills with various software and web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and schedules and optimize routing.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and suggest alternative routes.
• Identify customer concerns with probing questions and determine needs.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the database and update call details and payments.
