Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Charlotte, NC to support shop management with timely customer communications, scheduling, inventory stocking, repair follow-up, and file management.

You will drive customer satisfaction, coordinate workflow, and manage parts while collaborating with service teams in a fast-paced logistics environment. A HS diploma and customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer service or related experience with issue resolution.
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer communications and satisfaction; handle interface and issue resolution.
• Plan and schedule work to improve branch productivity and repair orders.
• Manage parts inventory, ordering, receiving, and stock; optimize min-max levels.
• Handle shop calls and clerical duties, process payables and create repair orders.
