Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Wesley Chapel, FL to greet customers, handle sales orders, maintain accounts, and assist with store operations. You will work with POS and retail software, ensuring accurate paperwork and friendly service throughout all interactions.

The role requires Microsoft Office proficiency, cash handling, and a readiness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Competenze

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Thrive in a team environment.

Mansioni

• Front Desk & Customer Service: greet customers and provide exceptional service.
• Sales Order Support: process sales orders with documentation and approvals.
• Customer Account Management: manage credit applications and financing.
• Cash Handling & Financial Procedures: follow cash handling and reconcile transactions.
