Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at front desk and provide exceptional service across in-person, phone, and email communications.
• Assist with processing sales orders accurately and obtain approvals before finalizing transactions.
• Process customer credit applications and assist with financing arrangements.
