Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the front-line ambassador and support store operations in Las Vegas. You will greet customers, process orders, manage accounts, and handle cash with accuracy, while delivering excellent service and maintaining documentation.

Ideal candidates have basic MS Office skills, at least one year in customer service, and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; rotation for store opening/closing.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Customer Service: welcome customers with a warm, professional manner and assist via in-person, phone, and email.
• Sales Order Support: process sales orders accurately with required documentation and approvals.
• Customer Account Management: handle credit applications, financing arrangements, and update accounts.
• Cash Handling & Financial Procedures: follow cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions under supervision.
• Customer Issue Resolution: address inquiries and escalate complex issues to management as needed.
• Audit & Compliance Assistance: support audits, inventory processes, and paperwork accuracy.
• Reporting & Documentation: maintain records and prepare routine sales/office reports.
• Team Collaboration: work with sales, merchandising, and store staff for smooth operations.
• Technology & Systems: use POS, retail software, and Microsoft Office to perform duties.
