Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic system transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service across in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Process sales orders accurately and obtain needed approvals before finalizing.
• Manage customer accounts, credit applications, and financing arrangements as applicable.
• Handle cash and follow cash procedures under supervision.
• Address customer inquiries, escalate complex issues, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support audits, inventory checks, and documentation accuracy.
• Maintain records and prepare routine reports.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize POS and retail software to perform tasks efficiently.
