Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities – various shifts.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Customer Service: Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image.
• Sales Order Support: Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Customer Account Management: Process customer credit applications and maintain account information in retail systems.
• Cash Handling & Financial Procedures: Follow cash handling procedures, process payments accurately and reconcile transactions.
• Customer Issue Resolution: Address inquiries and escalate complex issues to Management while following up.
• Audit & Compliance Assistance: Support audits, inventory processes, and paperwork accuracy.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records, prepare routine reports, and file paperwork per standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work with sales, merchandising, and store staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Technology & Systems: Use POS, retail software, and Microsoft Office to perform duties.
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management.
