Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the front desk and provide exceptional in-person, phone, and email service.
• Process sales orders accurately and obtain proper approvals.
• Manage customer accounts and assist with financing arrangements.
• Handle cash and follow established procedures with accuracy.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
