• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, data entry systems, and customer account management tools such as Salesforce.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle calls, emails, visitors, vendors, and internal requests professionally.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving, follow-up, and customer support.

Aufgaben

• Handle incoming calls through a multi-line phone system while providing prompt, courteous, and professional customer service.
• Support customers with order status, paperwork, new account requests, credits, RMAs, and general inquiries by phone and email.
• Assist inside sales with quote preparation, order entry, customer updates in Salesforce, buyouts, subcontracting, and non-standard material sourcing.
• Create purchase orders, follow up with vendors, coordinate pickups, and help support product delivery to customers as needed.
• Coordinate issue resolution between customers and internal departments, including sales, purchasing, finance, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain reports, update spreadsheets, file purchase orders, assist with export invoices and shipments, and support general office needs.
