Job summary

The ideal candidate will manage order entry and tracking using ERP and Microsoft Office, communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email, and support production planning while delivering accurate, timely service in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant customer service, order management, or operations support experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Experience with order entry, vendor management, customer follow-up, and tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• ERP system knowledge required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support customers professionally.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter, process, and track customer orders accurately using ERP systems and internal tools.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding order status, follow-up requests, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to support order fulfillment, production planning, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and tracking logs using Microsoft Office and advanced Excel functions.
• Follow up on pending orders, vendor updates, customer inquiries, and internal action items to ensure timely completion.
• Support daily customer service and operations activities in a manufacturing environment.
