AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire role in Corona, CA. You will support logistics, shipping, and order coordination within an industrial environment, serving customers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes accurate records, timely communication, and problem-solving to ensure on-time deliveries. Previous call center or logistics experience is a plus.

Formación

• Experience delivering customer service in logistics, shipping, transportation, freight, distribution, warehouse or supply chain.
• Ability to track shipments and communicate order status to customers and internal teams.
• Proficient in processing customer orders and updating customer, order and shipment records.
• Strong collaboration with warehouse, shipping, logistics, carrier, vendor and internal teams.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience in related fields is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
• Track shipments, provide delivery updates, and communicate status changes to customers and internal teams.
• Process customer orders, update account information, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, logistics, carriers, and vendors to support on-time deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns related to delays, missing shipments, order discrepancies, and delivery issues.
• Document customer interactions, shipment details, order updates, and issue resolution steps accurately.
