GCI's Customer Service Sales Specialist I will support our products and solutions, turning customers into life-long fans by delivering high quality service and promoting GCI's value. You will learn our latest plans and promote our offerings in a friendly, professional manner.

As you assist customers, you will pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maintaining knowledge of promotions and devices while meeting sales goals and delivering a positive in-store experience for Alaska customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of general work experience.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities
