Job summary

GCI (General Communication Inc.) is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Sales Specialist I in Alaska. You will support and promote GCI products and solutions, turning customers into lifelong fans by delivering high-quality service and proactive selling, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

You will be part of a role focused on meeting sales goals, educating customers on plans, and providing an exceptional customer experience across product lines, with ongoing training and a pathway

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six (6) months general work experience.
• Excellent English communication; multi-language skills are a plus.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
