Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Notary Public certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing estimates and services.
• Process sales through the POS system.
• Answer customer inquiries via in-person, email or phone.
• Upsell and participate in marketing initiatives.
• Open/close center and manage cash register.
• Maintain inventory and center standards.
• Coordinate with couriers and vendors.
• Organize Virtual Mail tasks.
