Job summary

PostNet Syracuse is seeking a part-time Retail Customer Service Representative to assist customers with shipping, printing, and other store services. You will operate the POS, manage inventory, and support promotions while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services.
• Must be available minimum 22 hours per week, up to 28 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by franchise owner.
• Assists customers in person, via email, and by phone.
• Processes customer sales through the point-of-sale system.
• Upsells, cross-sells, and participates in marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Maintains store inventory and cleanliness, and interacts with couriers and staff.
