PostNet - NY145 is hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative in Virginia Beach to assist customers with shipping, printing, and other services. You will operate the POS system, handle inquiries by phone/email/in person, and support daily center operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, time management, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow with flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Windows.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by franchise owner.
• Assist customers in person, through email, and by phone.
• Process customer sales through the point-of-sale system.
• Up-sells, cross-sells, and actively participates in marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Opens and closes the center, cash register, and other center systems.
• Assists management in maintaining, ordering, and stocking inventory.
• Maintains the center consistent with established standards.
• Interacts with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff.
• Sorts and deposits mail in private mailboxes.
• Captures, complete tasks, and organizes Virtual Mail.
