PostNet NY143 is seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to assist customers with shipping, printing, and store services at a busy NY location. You will operate the POS system, help customers, and handle inquiries in person, by email, and by phone.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Some bilingual ability is a plus; weekend hours are required.

Formación

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service and sales mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite; Canva a plus.
