Job summary

Kimbrell’s Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional in-store experience by supporting sales and customer service efforts. The CSR builds customer relationships, guides customers through the purchasing journey, and ensures a seamless experience from initial engagement through ongoing account support.

The CSR partners with the store team to drive business, enhance customer satisfaction, and support a high-performing retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Sales-minded with a passion for helping customers.
• Basic understanding of financial transactions or willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment.
• Bilingual English-Spanish ability may be a plus based on store staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional customer experience across all interactions.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and referrals.
• Support customers throughout the purchasing journey, including follow-up.
• Partner with sales associates to support sales activities and revenue growth.
• Conduct customer outreach, follow-ups, and assist with promotions and events.
• Assist customers with financing options and transaction processing while ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain and support customer accounts and protect information per policy.
• Process payments, maintain records, and ensure proper records.
