Kimbrell's Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, supporting sales and customer service efforts. The CSR builds relationships, guides customers through the purchasing journey, and ensures a seamless experience from initial engagement through ongoing account support.

You will collaborate with the store team to drive business, support promotions and events, and assist with payments, records, and security of customer information

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English-Spanish may be a plus depending on store staffing.
