Job summary

Qualifications

• One or more years related experience and/or training in the field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Access.
• AS400 system experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries via phone and e-mail in a professional, service-oriented manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve problems, process orders, and handle returns.
• Perform data entry accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and respond in a timely manner.
• Occasionally cover the receptionist role and work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to safety rules and participate in plant-wide safety activities.
