Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone and email, delivering professional support and assisting with order entry and returns processing.

You will work in a dynamic environment, maintain confidentiality, and participate in plant-wide safety activities. Prior experience and strong data entry abilities are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year related experience and/or training in the field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
• Experience with AS400 System beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries through phone and e-mail professionally.
• Excellent data entry skills required.
• Process customer returns into inventory.
• Troubleshoot and respond to customers promptly.
• Be dependable and flexible in a changing environment.
• Provide coverage for the receptionist position intermittently.
• Possess strong organizational and team skills.
