Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter orders for all SFG facilities.
• Communicate issues on new orders to Sales Reps/Brokers (credit holds, price verification, short weights, short lead times).
• Transmit daily shortage information to customers/brokers/sales representatives.
• Coordinate holiday delivery schedules with customers/brokers.
• Assist in all departmental tasks during vacations and vacancies.
• Ensure appointment times meet customer demands.
• Handle will calls, special orders, and processing.
• SOP credit note entry.
