Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Huntsville, AL. The role centers on delivering exceptional service, processing payments, and promoting financial solutions to customers.

You will balance cash, handle deposits, and support loan production while maintaining strong relationships with clients. On-site work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM with possible extended hours including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Preferred experience in cash handling, sales, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including deposits.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
