Tower Loan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, build relationships, and promote financial solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Fort Payne, AL involves handling payments, processing loans, and supporting branch operations.

You’ll join a team with strong promote-from-within culture, comprehensive training, and incentive programs. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle; weekend hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and be able to build relationships with customers.
• Experience handling payments and basic cash-handling procedures is preferred.
• Ability to promote financial solutions and explain them clearly to customers.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including balancing deposits.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
