Tower Loan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the heart of our office in Alabama. This on-site role focuses on delivering exceptional service, processing payments, and promoting financial solutions to customers and prospects.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Preferred cash handling, sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts and balance cash drawers.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
