Qualifications

• AS400 and SAP experience preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain broad knowledge of products and services and document customer interactions.
• Enter orders from faxed, emailed, or phoned in requests for production.
• Coordinate between sales and production to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate with customers to determine delivery dates and timelines.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed and uphold quality standards.
