Job summary

Lincare Holdings in Rumford, ME is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with product/service needs, and verify demographic information in our records system.

You will read patient orders, understand pharmacy terms, educate customers, and assist with training of team members while ensuring accurate data entry and adherence to physician directions.

Qualifications

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records

Offering $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
