Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Pelham, AL seeks a friendly front desk associate to drive new member sign-ups and deliver a positive member experience. You will greet guests, handle front desk tasks, information calls, and assist with tours.

This role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. You will work four 8-hour shifts with daily cleaning and ongoing training to ensure a welcoming, spotless club environment.
