Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Louisiana is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to greet members, handle sign-ups, tours, and inquiries. This role emphasizes delivering a positive member experience and supporting daily club operations.

The position requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand for long periods while assisting members and maintaining club appearance. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk for most of shifts and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet potential members and provide a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks, information calls, checking members in, and sign ups.
• Take potential members on tours and assist with account changes as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Address member services issues and escalate to Club Manager as needed.
