Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a front desk associate in LaPlace, LA to greet potential members and deliver a superior first impression. You will handle sign-ups, tours, and information calls while assisting with member account changes and service issues under the Club Manager’s guidance.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, active listening, and diplomacy to maintain a welcoming and efficient club experience. Shifts include 4 eight-hour blocks with training and deep cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members at the front desk to create a positive experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: check-ins, sign-ups, information calls, and member tours.
• Assist with account changes and member service issues; escalate to Club Manager as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and club area.
• Support training and deep cleaning during shifts; participate in routine upkeep.
