Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a front desk associate to drive new member sales and ensure a positive member experience. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, tours, sign-ups, and account updates while maintaining a welcoming environment.

You will handle information calls, assist with service questions, and escalate issues to the Club Manager as needed. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and maintaining club cleanliness and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members, delivering excellent service.
