Job summary

The front desk associate is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for prospective and current members, guiding them through sign-up and reception duties. You will conduct tours, handle information calls, and support member account changes with a customer-first approach.

This role requires strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving to ensure a positive member experience while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the club environment.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience and ability to sign up new members.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing and walking for most of the shift.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, delivering a positive customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: information calls, member check-ins, tours, and account changes.
